If you are proposing a business collaboration, or wanting support from a company, you would communicate your purpose for writing in the beginning of the letter. And then carry on to communicate more in-depth why it would be a good decision of them to back you. You need to give them reasons and facts to make it professional and convincing.

on the other side of the picture, we must learn also to know that guerilla warfare against the germans in, let us say serbia or norway, us; that a successful russian offensive against the germans us; and that british successes on land or sea in any part of the world strengthen our hands.
