The narrator of "¨The black cat" killed his wife and hid it in the cellar's wall. Mrs. Patricia Bostroms's adult daughter didn't kill her mother. She died of natural causes and she kept  her mother's body mummified for two years. She kept asking for her pension check but the police didn't present charges. The author of the black cat is discovered by the cat that was inside the cellar's wall.  They don't have much in common. j
