I'm mostly am happy most of the time and yes I can make my life happier BC I have a dark secret and I feel like I'm not showing my true self to people because I'm bi and I'm to shy to expose my self to people... I don't know how life would be if people knew... And yes it is important to self respect because if u keep or lie to yourself you will feel bad but you sometimes can end that unrespect but maybe one day the respect will start.
