This means that he / she should not have to pay for any  university studies.However, the person should like working with children and should be patient. Second, the job can be flexible. The working hours can be arranged bewteen the family and the baby sitter. This will give the baby -sitter the possiblity to work with more than one family. Third, the person who baby sits will not have to spend money on any tools or working material. The baby sitter generally works at family houses ,so  he/ she will have there all the necessary tools and material to do the job.
