What's the difference between narrative writing and procedural writing?

narritive= writing about an event or subject from the person who saw it.

procedural= a series of steps to portray a "how to" scenario. example is like following a receipe in a cookbook.

peace, morning, sun glooming, sorrow, woe pardon’d, punished, more hence, talk, story. all of these three words have to do something with a depressed, regretful tone. woe is another word for misery, heartache, so all of these words are about unhappy feelings.
