What is one important element in the design of a techincal document

Technical writing is used to give the readers precise details.  This is often the type of writing used in how-to manuals.  An important element in technical writing is to have good organization in order to list or describe a step-by-step process.  This is helpful and most often the type of writing used by scientists and engineers, so precision is key.  Therefore, in the design of the document, it must be organized and in great detail.

1. read the following excerpt from franklin d. roosevelt's "fireside chat 19":

on the other side of the picture, we must learn also to know that guerilla warfare against the germans in, let us say serbia or norway, us; that a successful russian offensive against the germans us; and that british successes on land or sea in any part of the world strengthen our hands.

remember always that germany and italy, regardless of any formal declaration of war, consider themselves at war with the united states at this moment just as much as they consider themselves at war with britain or russia. and germany puts all the other republics of the americas into the same category of enemies. the people of our sister republics of this hemisphere can be honored by that fact.  

the true goal we seek is far above and beyond the ugly field of battle. when we resort to force, as now we must, we are determined that this force shall be directed toward ultimate good as well as against immediate evil. we americans are not destroyers — we are builders.

the examples that saki used to represent satire through situational irony are options two (2) and five (5) inasmuch as the wolf thought that looking for a girl in the bushes could be as easy as hunting little pigs at the park, but it took him so much time to find the girl if it had not been not for a silly mistake. also, bertha would have survived to the wolf's hunt if she had not won those medals for goodness, which at the end they were what got her killed by making noise, so winning medals of goodness was not so good achievement, after all.
