What is the purpose of a public service advertisement?
to convince people to take action on an important topic
to persuade people to buy a new product
to notify people of upcoming social events in their community
to educate people about past historical events

The answer should be A, so when there's an advertisement you try to convince people to do something and inform them of something they should get involved in.

It is not B because you don't buy anything in public service and not D because I don't think a public service advertisement is connected to historical events and I am pretty sure its not C.

Honestly it was  between A and C , I went with A because it makes the most sense.
