What color eyeshadow would go good with a blue dress? i wanna do a purple cut crease but idk if it will look right

Honestly I wouldn’t do it, and I’m not trying to sound rude or anything when I say this but to me purple eye shadow kinda makes it look like your eye is bruised or something. I would maybe do something with neutral tones or like maybe a blue but that would also depend. And whatever you do you should keep a 2 or 3 color scheme.
