the exposition
the conflict

The Exposition, because the climax doesn't come into the story till you actually know who the characters are and there outlooks on the subject at hand. The conflict can't be known, again until you know the characters and their current situation, and last it can't be the resolution because you don't start the story with the ending (unless the beginning of the story starts as a flashback showing the reasoning for the story).:000

This would be third person because they are using the correct pronouns that belongs to third person like he, the name, etc
