Any company that makes use of paid ads on social media to make their products more visible for potential customers. In the case of the company Best Buy, it has a group of people who answer questions and give assistance for customers' complaints on Twitter. Also, many companies run online ads that focus more on making their pages more visible instead of promoting their products.
