What does choices made in anger cannot be undone mean to you?

It is like when things are complicated you say horrible and nasty things or do it physically,it hurt alot to someone but when your angry you say alot of things you don't really mean but you say it because the anger is controlling you.When you have calmed down there are alot of things which you probably can't repair or fix or get it/make it how it was before but these things are to learn from so you don't make a mistake again.
