Since the beginning of the 20th century, the ways of communication have improved with the emergence of new technologies for communication. The invention of internet protocol by the end of the 1970 by a computer scientist Vinton Cerf made significant changes in the ways of communication. Internet protocol or IP made possible for researchers and scientists to transfer the files from one computer to another but in the year 1991, computer programmer Tim Berners Lee introduced world wide web which was not just used to send files but also used as a "web" of information that can be used by anyone. The internet that we use today was made possible by Berners Lee. Since the invention of world wide web communication became much easier and made possible to reach anyone sitting in distant places. As many as are its positive outputs to the community it also has many negative implications in the society.  

My question is, Is there any way that these crimes can be stopped? There must be!
