The only option that makes sense is Option B because the writer should make sure that he/she has logical reasoning to have a reasonable argument.  Also, the writer must make sure that they have relevant evidence that is not outdated.  Finally, the writer also must have persuasive diction to have a successful argument to persuade the audience.
