This indicates that someone can be born poor and destitue but grow up to dominate and rule the world and vice versa. Someone can be born ill but grow up to be an athlete champion and vice versa.

It also shows that literature is something used to show our history and give us a reminder to not let it happen again. This urges people to take charge and do something about it with the use of punctuation.

        In this passage the writer wants to tell use about his contemporary story. A good example is the book Night  by: Ellie Wiesel. He talks about how he suffered from the holocaust. This book relates to the idea that literature can tell us about the past. Never shall I forget the nocturnal silence that deprived me for all eternity of the desire to live.
