It has been proven that spending money on ourselves doesn’t give us that much happiness as compared to spending it on others. Research suggest that if we do any act of kindness, then we think about it for the whole day and that in turns gives our happiness the power and we become more happy. Kindness word in itself is powerful enough to make us feel good.
