lights.
all the lights
i must escape them.
i hide in a bathroom, it’s dark. no lights.
you appear.
you are holding light in your hands.
you lied, “no lights.” you told me.
but you were a light, disguised as the dark.
i trust you and take the light in my hand.
no lights, i thought.
you lied.
the light in my hand is gone.
the light travels through me.
i am a light.
you hold my hands.
“no lights.”
you lied.

this is fine but you should give it a rhythm so that it sounds like a pro poem
