What do u think is the significance of this poem. what is your opinions on this poem?

sometimes i just want to die. my heart has been broken many times. i can't even stare into his eyes. the more i think about it i just want to cry. why am i still living? why do i even try? he said he loves me but he then betrays me. maybe im just not good enough. maybe i'm just ugly. i don't deserve him i don't even deserve to live. someone just stab me and or hang me. i'm not worth loving nor worth saving. i have no love life , i have no friends. everyone i dated hates me. ive been misused and accused. what more can happen if i continue to live. maybe there's someone out their who would love me for who i am. i'm not really sure if i shouldn't even get my hopes up again. i deserve to go to hell. maybe life will be better then.
