My favorite movie character is Hazel Grace Lancaster in Fault in our stars. Shailene Woodley starred as Hazel in that movie which was directed by directed by Josh Boone.

Hazel is a 13 years old remarkably conscientious girl and she was diagnosed with a terminal form of thyroid cancer that has began to spread all over her lungs. She stays away from everyone knowing her death would hurt them until to falls head on heels in love with Augustus who had osteosarcoma (a form of cancer that leads to immature bone structure).

I like Hazel because she had a loving and selfless character. In addition to that Hazel was a confident and carefree person who doesn't care of what the world thinks. he is confident in herself and her self-image.

This movie is based on the novel "the fault in our stars" by the American author John Green.
