   Many of us are often taking communication for granted but communication is one of the most important things when it comes to exchanging information and feelings. There are 3 types of communication skills which are verbal(speaking), nonverbal(without words; body language, eye contact) and visual(graphic designs, films, typography).

    For good communication, it is very important for us to listen and understand what the other side has to say. There are also many other skills, for example, emotion control or stress management. All three skills are having many differences and I think that the best way for communication is a verbal one. Verbal communication is better than nonverbal because people can sometimes express their feelings and thoughts only with words.

Also, I think that nonverbal is better than visual because the body language can say a lot in some moments which we cannot see through the, for example, graphic design. We have to listen to people with empathy and to understand what they are talking to us, then to respond appropriately and calmly, that is why one of the most important things of the communication is feedback. Trough history we had people who are communicating with other trough painting on caves and other objects.

   Now, the most popular tool for communication is texting. Texting had made communication easier and quicker. If somebody doesn't want to or cannot speak some texts are also effective in many ways. Some of the researchers said that there are more than half of teenagers are texting every day and many of them are sending more than 100 texts per day.
