Exercising is best for young people because their bones are stronger there muscles are stronger in all there just stronger and when they get old they won't have problems with their health and overall body management. Young people are more energetic and flexible old people are not so energetic and their bones get damaged easier, also older people get tired faster. Young people are very energetic and jumpy so they can exercise for a long period of time
