The Snow is hard to wade through, The snow can be distracting and can make it hard to see, and can make it hard to control your tires. Summer is a lot easier, but Certain Places in the Summer rain frequently, like Florida, USA for instance. Said Rain can make it hard to see and can sometimes make you slip. Both can be dangerous, but there won't always be snow and rain in either season.
