Read the passage from "The Strangers That Came to Town" carefully. “Here they come, Mother,” yelled Tom when a truck drove up in the rain and stopped at the empty cottage across the street. Mother hurried in from the kitchen, and we three looked out. That truck, we knew, contained the Duvitch family and all their earthly possessions.
