for the last question, there are six types of conflicts.

Man vs Self- When the character has trouble with itself

Man vs Man- two characters having trouble with each other

Man vs Society- the character has trouble with people around them

Man vs Nature- (for example, a character stranded on an island, or a character surviving a hurricane)

Man vs Tech- A character having trouble with robots or machines

Man vs Supernatural- (for example, a character trying to get away from vampires or something)

(the last two aren't that common, but they can be depending on the genre on your book or story)
