Last summer I was given my first car, so I had to learn real responsibility. My dad insisted the oil be changed by a mechanic regularly, the tires checked frequently, and the fluids topped off consistently. Any time I get behind the wheel, my rearview mirrors are adjusted and my seat belt is fastened. I have been given a great gift and, if I do not take care of it, I will go back to being chauffeured by my parents, which is the last thing I want.
