Virtue simply means the conformity of life and conduct with morality. It's the quality of being morally good.

It should be noted that virtues are important as they're necessary for our happiness and well-being. When the importance of virtues is recognized, we'll be able to live better lives, understand others better, and impact positively in the world.

1)  This quote relate to growth mindset because in the above quote the narrator is asking or requesting the parents that they should encourage their children's  to develop good moral values ,and in any situation in their life they should not compromise on these value.

The old mindset or the old school of thought emphasized on earning money because they though that Money could buy anything and a person is said to be happy if they have sufficient money   to meet all their requirements.

But the Modern school of thought( as expressed by Ludwig van Beethoven) emphasize on the development of moral value among the coming up generation because it is the Moral values that will reap them all the happiness of life.
