Hi, can you correct this text please, I am Italian and I have some problems with the English language

The lessons learned from moments of crisis, are more and more of impact compared to the classic rules, that you are asked to follow.
This health crisis, taught me to follow the rules rigidly, and this has entailed greater respect for others, because no one is immortal, we are all vulnerable and we can be a hazard to everyone else.
It taught me the spirit of sacrifice, thanks to the renounce of my daily activities.
It taught me the value of sharing, the sense of collaboration and union, but especially invent, develop new things and new remedies, so I can solve my problems safely.
