In the sentence lencho used  a metaphor , here lencho is a "farmer" and he depends on rain for farming. he compares the raindrops to the new coin because the raindrops help him to harvest the crops and it will also help him to get more money which will enrich his lifestyle. so in order to get more money, he should harvest the crops correctly, this is the reason why lencho consider the raindrops as the new coins falling down from the sky.
