I think we feel life is challenging mostly when we're unable to meet our desires. So during such situation its always better to limit the wants.

Life for me is mostly worth living when we try to connect with the world around us. The most memorable and precious memories are the ones that are lived with other people. When we try to do something or help someone beyond our personal satisfaction, that's what makes our life worth. Experiencing and enjoying the little things in life is what gives us true happiness and makes our life worth living.
