Why specifically, is Alonzo worried when he finds out that Neil speaks fluent Spanish?

Neil knows more about the drug operation than Alonzo thought and  Neil knows how to speak perfect Spanish. Significant because it puts Alonzo's drug operation in danger and Neil can understand what they are saying when they talk to each other.
