What are some things we can do to protect ourselves from coronavirus

Wash your hands.

Explanation: Viruses have fatty tissues surrounding the internal structures. Washing your hands with regular soap and water for 20 seconds destroys those fatty tissues, and when you rinse, you're washing away the virus parts. It is important to wash your hands for 20 seconds, because that way, it gives the soap time to destroy the fat. You can use regular soap and water; antibacterial soap makes no difference.

Do NOT touch your face.

If you get germs on your hands and transfer them to your face, then you could absorb carona into your sweat glands, and they can interfere with your respiratory system.

Wash your hands often.

By washing your hands VERY well, you can release germs from your hands and reduce the chance of getting COVID-19.

Use this hand washing method:

Sing happy birthday twice in your head whilst washing your hands.  if you do this, you can have a better chance of eliminating virus.
