Your task for this assignment is to create a contemporary version of a tale. This means putting yourself in a fictional scenario in which a group of diverse people find themselves traveling together for several days.
You will tell the story of a modern-day pilgrim that you know a lot about. It does NOT have to reflect YOU, but it can. If you feel you know a lot about another “character,” write from that perspective. (Examples: the jock, the nerd, the cheerleader, the overachiever, the farmer, the singer, the band member -- whatever category for which you can both describe a character and tell a story).
