i found that making a plan to get up, work out, shower, get to school work i do about 30 minutes in each class i have 6 so that about 3 hours. then i face time my best friend and we talk and go about our day together. i might make myself a fancy meal once in a while. but most importantly is to find things to do. and focus on self care <3
