Under what circumstances (if any) is it acceptable to lie? Does "truth always prevail
(win/overcome)? Describe a powerful experience in which telling the truth had a positive result.

I believe it is acceptable to lie if the truth will hurt someone. Truth does not always overcome or win because that’s not how the world works things are unfair in life. For example, I recently had a fight between friends they both secretly hated each other and were a burden to one another so I told them that they both hated each other which was the truth. It ended with them not being friends and living their best lives and that in my opinion is a posit result.
