Harry did realy good with the deal but on the last night of Marges stay Harry accidently made her wine glass break and made Marge blow up like a ballon so Harry didnt get his Hogsmeade form signed by anyone until Sirius sent a letter to Dumbledore that Harry could go to Hogsmeade in his 4th year.
