What conclusion can you draw about samuel pepys from his account of the great fire of london?

Samuel Pepys maintained social relations in all social strata when he wrote about the Great Fire of London in his diary.  He was a member of the British parliament. He had a diary that he kept for ten years when he was younger. It was also noted in the diary that people fled away from the fire instead of trying to put it out.
