receive
a
message,
or
sign,
which
would
give
they’re
lives
a
larger
purpose.
Some
stories
saying
that
the
young
Native
Americans
received
these
messages
in
a
dream-like
form
while
others
claimed
they
saw
into
the
future.
After
getting
this
special
message,
the
person
on
the
journey
would
return
to
their
home
village
and
try
to
decipher
what
it
meant.
