I would say realistic fiction  (even though that is not one of the choices), because although it is not about his experiences (which would be a memoir), it is a real situation that happens in real life.  However, it is not completely fiction because it is realistic nor is it completely informational since it is George's opinion. And it is not argumentative since he is not persuading anyone to one side or the other. So, I would say informational text but it might be literary fiction.
