HOW TO MAKE POUR-OVER COFFEE

1. Place filter in brew basket.

2. Place brew basket above cup.

3. Place coffee in filter.

Coffee should be freshly ground for best results. Use three tablespoons of whole bean coffee for every 10 fluid ounces of water.

4. Heat water and saturate grounds.

Heat water to 195 degrees Fahrenheit. Add two ounces and wait 30 seconds to allow coffee to "bloom.”

5. Add remaining water.

Total brew time should be approximately two and a half minutes.
