Some dictators, take advantage of the the power they have and do bad stuffs Some dictators are biased and prejudice, so some might not like latino’s based on who they are and their skin color Some dictators are not Latinos so the ones that are not Latinos, may not like them, and so they may to bad stuffs Some dictators even kill people who disagree with them, put them in labor camps, or make these people die out of starvations, and some Latinos wouldn't want people like this.

I’m just thinking something from the top of my head so it may not be much so if weathering didn’t exist, there wouldn’t be anything to break up earth’s crust naturally. so by assumptions, the rocks on earth would be larger than they actually are since there’s nothing to break them up into smaller parts.overall, i’m not really sure, but all i know is that it’ll mess up the rock cycle that we have now.hoped this .
