Professional Thank You Letter

FIRST STEPS
1. Choose a first responder person (first responder relative-someone you know and would like to write this letter to), or first responder department (Chicago Police Department) or first responder storefront (La Cinega).
2. Locate the letter template in google documents. Click on Google Document - Click on Template Gallery- Locate “Letter Template” Spearmint - Click on the Letter Template and title the document “Professional Thank You Letter”.
3. Before you start to type your thank you letter, review the below guidelines and criteria.
GUIDELINES /CRITERIA
● Use your name, school name, and school address
● Locate the address of whom you are addressing the letter to. Use their work address - google or ask
● In the beginning of your letter - introduce yourself; state your name, grade, and school.
● Proofread and Edit your Letter
● Must be typed
