While in the Capitol, Peeta proves to be both an advantage and a disadvantage to Squad 451. Do you think Peeta is more beneficial or more detrimental to the Squad? Why?

Peeta is detrimental for the squad and the operation because he is emotionally unstable and can trigger a potential failure in the squad's plan. HE has also been programmed to react to certain stimulus and he was delivered back to make them fail.

Explanation:

The reasons behind my answer are that Peet has been under psychological experimentation to kill Katnees, he has shown it so far in the story and the compromises the squads' mission because the squad doesn't really know he stimulus that is going to drive Peeta behavior. Therefore, he is more of a danger than a resource for the squad.
