when some jobs require you to mail your job applications it could be a fraud or scam but if you did something illegal and wrote it on the application online they do have the right to investigate cuz that's now in their hands their property but if they do recommend you to mail your job applications you should check to see what's behind their job business... and if your your mailing like if the post office has to pick it up from the blue box then I would think twice about that.
