For this project you will pretend you are a part of the group of intellectuals that Montag meets at the end of Fahrenheit 451. Your job is to pass down knowledge so that it is not lost to the world. The group in the book memorizes books in bits and pieces, holding onto it until there comes a time where those books are no longer forbidden. Instead of only memorizing books, you are able to pass down artifacts such as movies, songs, art pieces, tv shows, and sculptures. Here is your project’s central question: what five artifacts would you pass down to future generations and why? Think carefully about these artifacts! You are choosing things to pass down to a world which no longer contains any kind of art or knowledge. Your choices should reflect things that you personally believe are vital for future generations to see. Your project must include all of the following for each artifact:

An image representing your artifact
A brief summary of what your artifact is
An explanation of why you chose this that includes:
Why it is important to you personally
Why it is important for the future generations
