I love that story!! I havn't read it in a while, but I'll do my best.

Explanation:

   Rikki Tikki Tavi is the short story of a brave Mongoose named Rikki Tikki Tavi who was found and adopted by a human family. Rikki Tikki tavi loves his life with his human family and he makes friends with some of the animals in their garden.

  One of the friends that Rikki Tikki Tavi made during the story were two birds who had lost their chick to a cobra named Nag. One night, while Rikki Tikki tavi and the humans were sleeping, Nag and his sister Nagia crept into the house. Hoping to kill the family.

 Luckily, Rikki tikki tavi was able to stop Nag and Nagia from killing the humans, and killed Nag. The next day Rikki Tikki Tave was wondering through the garden when he came across a nest of eggs. Cobra eggs. Rikki Tikki Tavi siply couldn't let the eggs hatch, because they could be a danger to his humans, and the other animals in the garden, so he smashed them all. Nagia later found out and was furious, so she fought Rikki Tikki Tavi, attempting to kill him, but Rikki tikki tavi was a natural predator of cobras and won. After that Rikki Tikki Tavi, his human family and all the animals in the garden lived safely and peacefully.

So, like I said, I haven't read the story in a long time, and so I might have a few details wrong, and a few missing details and I might have the order of some events wrong. But I got it as close to what I remember as I could. All you have to do now is fix it up, and send it in. I hope you get a good grade.
