According to the graph we can observe a progressive increase in the time spent with social media over the years, 2019 being the year with the largest time spent with it.

This may be a reflection of the evolution of our society, which sees social media as a way of communicating and sharing information about oneself and others. With this ease of communication and sharing, people begin to have a greater interest in these media and end up abandoning more traditional media that have a delay in concealing information. In addition, social media is increasingly commercial, which encourages the time spent watching it.
