What is the main idea of the following excerpt: [John] began drinking more heavily than ever; he was using “mega amounts” of cocaine, and his paranoia was “over the moon.” He was dating women he’d meet at bars, the relationships revolving around the participants’ addictions. “They were people like me, drug users with self-esteem problems,” he recalls. “You try to have a relationship in conditions like that, and you’ve got something really toxic on your hands.” He was working only now and then. While he had once held high-paying union jobs, doing skilled printing work, a reputation for being unreliable was now following him. When he was working at all, it was at low-end work, doing the manual labor in print shops. A. John frequently dated female drug addicts that he met in bars. b.  and there are no voices or ghosts from that darkness, 
 to fret the bare seas at the breaking of day. the shift in the poem’s rhythm in the last stanza signifies a resolution to the conflict that the poem is a sonnet the speaker’s confusion an irregular rhyme scheme
