Ok so this paragraph just has to describe a man standing in the street in the dark holding a case with a light flashing on him.

Give the man some looks and descriptions. Maybe he was on a secret mission? Maybe he was doing work?

Give the street a name, maybe you can just use a random name. How about "Auburn Lane." (I got this name from a street name generator).

Also a time: like nighttime at 11:00 P.M.

What is the light flashing on him? Maybe a streetlight? Maybe its the light coming from McDonalds. Maybe its a light coming from a car?

(Ok I have HORRIBLE paragraphs and they are SO weird so don't judge my example)

A man in a black suit was standing by Auburn Lane, waiting to cross the road. It was nighttime when only the drunk (ok maybe not) teenagers were partying. He could see the light from the nearby bar.
