He-y, Come on Ou-t! is a short story written by Shinichi Hoshi talks about a mysterious landslide that appears after a typhoon.

The hole must be filled by the villagers before the repairs on their shrine can resume. Initially, the villagers think that the hole is a foxhole but when they realize it isn't, they decide to fill the hole.

A man takes control of the hole and offers to build the shrine elsewhere and begins to fill the hole with nuclear waste. The hole becomes waste disposal where undesirable things are dumped.
