Respected Sir,

With due respect, I am writing this letter to bring you into knowledge that sanitation in my area has been worst. My area is thickly populated and it becomes difficult for the people to walk on the road due to poor sanitary conditions. The overflowing man holes, poor drainage system and water struck in broken roads has increased problems of habitats of this area. There is need for cleaning of channels as there are chances of heavy rainfall next week.

If the precautionary measure are not taken then the rain water will overflow on the streets and there will be flood like situation in the city. The garbage collectors do not visit regularly and when they visit the garbage collection is not proper. The poor cleanliness and drain system will result in increased diseases. The careless behavior of the staff is not acceptable at the cost of humans.

Therefore I request you take immediate actions and make serious efforts to improve the sanitation in the area. I am looking for prompt action from your side on this matter.
