What do you do when you feel like everybody is against you? How do you reverse those feelings?

What i do when i feel everyone is against me is that I shell up in a way, and if i can, i put my earbuds in or headphones on and listen to music. usually taking a small break form the world helps me out.

I try to think about why they would be against me, and if I think they don't have a good reason, I just try to forget about it and think of something else worthwhile.

for this, you need to remember something significant in your own life, for example, if you were bullied when you were younger, you can mention your memories on this and touch on how such treatment can harm other kids your age either physically or mentally. (racism, car crashes, a parent in the hospital are all very good subjects, think hard on it! )
